Rainbow Sessions
A Rainbow Session is an unhurried, in-home photo session for a pet whose time is short. The goal is simple: a few quiet, honest frames of them in the place they know best, with the people they love.
I bring my camera and as much patience as you and your pet need. I don't direct. We sit together. They rest, you sit with them, and I photograph what's actually happening — the way they look at you, their favorite spot, the small moments that mean everything.
What to expect
- Sessions usually last about an hour, but I don't watch the clock. We go at your pet's pace. If they're tired, we slow down. If they're having a good moment, we make the most of it.
- I work entirely with the natural light in your home. No flashes, no props, no formal poses. Wear what you'd wear on a normal day. The photos are meant to look like the life you actually share.
- If you'd like specific things photographed — a favorite toy, a particular spot on the couch, you reading to them, the whole family together — tell me ahead of time and we'll plan around them. If you'd rather not plan and just see what happens, that works too.
- You'll receive 5 edited digital images delivered through a private online gallery within 1–2 weeks. You own full print rights for personal use.
When to reach out
If your pet's time is short, please reach out as soon as you're ready. I do my best to schedule Rainbow Sessions within a few days, and same-day when I can. There's no waitlist for these — they jump the line.
What it costs
The session is $100. That covers my time, travel within the greater Puget Sound, and the 5 edited digital images. The price is intentional. If even that is a barrier right now, please reach out anyway and we'll figure it out.
